Customer Sales Advisor Pay, Hours and Benefits

• £27,800 – with an OTE of £41,800
• 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (this is a 100% office-based role)
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Customer Sales Advisor Role Overview

If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding what they really need and helping them find the right solution, this could be the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join the Central Sales Team. 

You’ll speak with customers, understand their individual circumstances and use your knowledge to recommend solutions that genuinely make a difference to their everyday lives. 

With a background in customer service or consultative sales—ideally within automotive, mobility or healthcare—you’ll combine great communication skills with a natural ability to build trust. This is about much more than making a sale; it’s about providing expert guidance and giving customers the confidence that they’ve made the right choice.

Customer Sales Advisor Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone who combines great people skills with a genuine desire to help customers. You’ll be confident communicating with people over the phone and video, organised in your approach and comfortable taking ownership of the customer experience.

• Experience in customer service, consultative sales or customer engagement.
• Experience within automotive, mobility, healthcare or assistive technology would be a strong advantage.
• A natural communicator who can quickly build rapport, listen to customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and keep accurate records.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Good IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A willingness to learn, develop your product knowledge and actively contribute ideas that can improve the customer experience.

Customer Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities

• Bring products to life online by delivering engaging virtual demonstrations and assessments, helping customers understand their options and identify the solution that best suits their needs.
• Own the customer journey from the first enquiry through to order completion and follow-up, building genuine relationships along the way.
• Be the trusted expert — listen carefully, ask the right questions and provide clear, consultative advice that helps customers make confident decisions.
• Work as part of a wider team, supporting customer records, account management, administration and ongoing sales activity to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience.
• Keep your knowledge ahead of the curve through product training, site visits and working closely with field-based demonstrators and installers.
