Job Description:

TRAINEE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Nottingham, NG2 | Full-Time | In-Person Role

Launch your career in marketing — no experience required.

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and wants to hear from ambitious, articulate individuals ready to start a career in marketing. As a Trainee Marketing Executive, you'll get hands-on experience across live campaigns, working directly with the public to represent well-known brands and bring marketing strategies to life in the real world.

This is a practical, fast-paced introduction to marketing — you'll learn by doing, not by sitting through theory. Full training and mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Representing client brands and campaigns directly to the public
• Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, delivered, and measured in practice
• Engaging customers and gathering feedback that shapes campaign performance
• Supporting the sales and sign-up process during live campaigns

• Taking part in structured training covering marketing fundamentals, communication, and campaign strategy
• Progressing toward more senior marketing and account responsibilities over time

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communicators who are comfortable speaking with new people
• Individuals genuinely interested in a marketing career, not just a short-term job
• Organised, motivated, and target-driven
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Open to coaching and keen to develop new skills
• No marketing experience necessary — just the right attitude

PAY & PROGRESSION

• £650–£800 OTE per week
• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• Full structured training programme
• Regular mentoring and 1:1 development support
• Clear progression route into senior marketing and management positions
