Job Description:

We are recruiting a reliable School Cleaner for a contract position in Nottingham. The successful School Cleaner will help maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment for pupils and staff, working shifts both before and after school.

School Cleaner responsibilities:

• Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.

• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors throughout the school.

• Wipe and sanitise desks, surfaces and frequently touched areas.

• Empty bins and replenish hygiene supplies.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.

• Report maintenance issues and cleaning supply shortages.

School Cleaner requirements:

• Previous experience as a School Cleaner or in a similar cleaning role is desirable.

• Reliable, punctual and thorough, with good attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and follow cleaning instructions.

• Available for shifts both before and after school.
