SALARY: upto £65,000 dependent on experience plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business change projects across our Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain operations.

As Project Manager, you will lead a diverse range of initiatives including operational technology implementations, process improvement programmes, site renovations, and asset modernisation projects. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery from concept through to implementation.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS DO:

• Lead and deliver business change projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Develop project plans, manage resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Drive operational readiness and implementation activities
• Provide clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Facilitate decision-making and manage cross-functional delivery teams
• Track project benefits and ensure successful transition into business operations
• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement activities

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PROJECT MANAGERS:

• Extensive experience delivering technology-led business transformation, process improvement and automation across ERP, supply chain and manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in leading complex transformation programmes through the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and solution delivery to go-live, operational handover and benefits realisation
• Strong programme governance expertise, including planning, budget management, RAID control, vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams, driving organisational change, maintaining business continuity and embedding sustainable improvements through process optimisation and automation
