We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to be home based but travel across the UK will be required.

Joining our team as a Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of allocated clients, making sure they receive the highest level of service and the full benefit of our calibration services. You will:

• Manage, grow and retain your portfolio of key accounts

• Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with your clients at every level

• Identify and convert growth opportunities, delivering against growth targets across your portfolio

• Respond promptly to all client enquiries, and create and lead RFQ, RFI and tender responses

• Work closely with Account Managers and Operations teams across the UK to deliver a joined-up service

• Minimum of two years’ experience in key account management or a similar field
• Knowledge of the calibration market would be an advantage
• Must have excellent analytical, numerical and organizational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and be detail orientated
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
• Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with all internal departments
• Proven excellence in negotiation skills
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Full Driving license
