A well-established manufacturing business in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Operations to provide leadership and direction during a period of transition.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an individual who can quickly assess priorities, make informed decisions, drive accountability, and ensure operational performance remains on track.

• Experienced in leading and influencing management teams
• Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
• Confident, credible and highly adaptable
