Location: Nottingham, NG1 3LL
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm–9:00pm
Start Date: Immediate start

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a site in Nottingham City Centre.

This role would suit someone with previous cleaning experience who can lead a team, maintain high cleaning standards and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You will help coordinate the cleaning team and support the smooth running of the daily cleaning schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team.
• Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Carrying out cleaning duties alongside the team when required.
• Conducting quality checks and addressing any cleaning issues.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and products are used safely and correctly.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs replenishing.
• Following health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to management.

Requirements

• A DBS check is required.
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A reliable, proactive and professional approach.
• The ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.

What we offer

• £13.50 per hour.
• Monday to Friday evening shifts, 6:00pm–9:00pm.
