TN Talent Recruitment are recruiting for an established global manufacturing company looking for Assembly Operatives to join their production team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and has the patience, accuracy and manual dexterity needed to assemble small, precision components.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience working with small parts, intricate assemblies, delicate components or precision manufacturing, where attention to detail and quality are essential.

You'll be joining a clean, modern manufacturing environment with full training provided and the opportunity to develop your skills within a successful, growing business.

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be responsible for assembling small, intricate components that require a high level of accuracy, concentration and attention to detail.

This isn't heavy assembly or general production line work. The role involves carefully handling, positioning and assembling small components, often using hand tools and specialist equipment.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling small, delicate and precision-engineered components.

• Working with intricate parts that require excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Using small hand tools and specialist assembly equipment.

• Following detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.

• Carrying out visual inspections to identify defects or imperfections.

• Ensuring components are assembled accurately and meet strict quality standards.

• Handling small parts carefully to prevent damage.

• Completing basic production records and quality checks.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this position.

We're looking for candidates who:

Have excellent manual dexterity and are comfortable handling very small components.

Have good hand-eye coordination and enjoy detailed, intricate work.

Can work accurately and consistently while carrying out repetitive assembly tasks.

Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Are patient, methodical and able to concentrate on precision tasks.

Can follow detailed instructions and work to set quality standards.

• Have previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production.

• Are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.

• Are happy to work rotating AM/PM shifts.

Experience That Would Be Particularly Relevant
